Actions:

Unblocks three yang stages, harmonizes the exterior & interior, sedates the spirits, and induces calm.

 

Indications:

Fullness and distention in the chest, irritability with occasional attacks of palpitations (especially above the umbilicus), anxiety, sensation of extreme heaviness throughout the body causing motor dysfunction, melancholia, nervousness, mania, spasms(in severe case), dysuria, constipation.

This formula may be used in treating such biomedically-defined disorders as;   neurosis, cardioneurosis, compulsion neurosis, schizophrenia, hysteria, hypertension, first or second degree A-V block, arterial sclerosis, epilepsy, hyperthyroidism, angina pectoris, Menier’s diseases, spasm of the sternocleidomastoid muscle, menopausal syndrome, postconcussion syndrome, hemiplegia, gastritis, chronic nephritis, anthropophobia (social phobia), high- altitude sickness.

 

Cautions and Contraindications:

Contraindicated in patients with yin deficiency or fire from yin deficiency.

適應症:

비교적 體力이 있고 心悸亢進. 불면. 불안. 초조등의 정신증상이 있으며 胸脇苦滿. 頭重. 頭痛. 어깨결림. 臍傍에 복부 대동맥의 박동항진이 관찰될 경우. 고혈압증. 동맥경화증. 만성신장염. 癲癎. 히스테리. 소아 夜涕症. 陰痿. 남성불임증. 자율신경실조증. 신경증. 발작성 빈맥. 불면증. 대인공포증. 고소공포증. 강박신경증. 정신분열증. 뇌동맥경화증. 뇌종양 수술후 癲癎. 아급성 갑상선염. 갑상선 기능항진증 등.

 

藥效群: 精神神經藥. 高血壓症藥.

비교적 體力이 있는 사람으로서 정신불안. 불면. 초조등의 정신증상이 있고, 머리가 무겁고 발은 가벼워 마치 구름 위를 걷는 듯이 몸이 흔들리고 주위환경의 작은 자극에도 민감하여 심계항진이 일어나며 수족진전. 숨이 가쁘며 잠자리가 뒤숭숭하여 자주 깨거나 多夢. 땅속으로 들어가는 듯한 느낌이 들고 불안, 초조등의 신경증상을 완화시키는 진정약으로 사용한다. 但 음허나 음허화왕자는 禁用한다.
