효능 : 간담실화:입이 쓰고 옆구리가 결리며 눈이 충혈될 때, 귀부위가 붓고 머리가 아플때,

음경이 붓거나 음부가 가려울때,요도염,방광염,고환염,음부습진

구성 : 당귀 생지황 목통 황금 택사 차전자 용담초 치자 감초

복용 : 1일 3회, 1회 복용량 ---- 치료시 6~9g, 평상시 3g

Actions:

Drains fire excess from the Liver and Gallbladder, and clears and drains damp-heat from the lower burner.

 

Indications:

A bitter taste in the mouth, tension and tenderness outside the rectus abdominal muscles, stiffness or pain in flank, pain in the hypochondria, migrain headache, headache, dizziness, red and sore eyes, hearing loss, swelling in the ears, eczema, irritability, short temper, difficult and painful urination with a sensation of heat in the urethra, swollen and pruritic external genitalia, foul smelling leukorrhea, shortened menstrual cycle with reddish purple blood.

This formula may be used in treating such biomedically-defined disorders as;

Intercostal neuralgia, gallstones, uveitis, conjunctivitis,corneal ulcers, acute glaucoma, central retinitis, suppurative otitis media, herpes zoster, herpes simplex, cystitis, pyelonephritis, urethritis, pelvic inflammatory disease, orchitis, epididymitis, venereal ulcer, groin lymphadenitis, endometritis, eczema in the genital area, hyperthyroidism.

 

Cautions and Contraindications:

As this formula could harm the Spleen, it should not be taken long-term or in large doses, nor in case with Spleen deficiency or injury to the fluids.

平肝化痰. 淸下焦濕熱. 疏肝解鬱.

 

適應症:

◆ 비교적 체력이 있고 하복부 근육이 긴장하는 경향이 있는 다음 제증:

배뇨통. 잔뇨감. 혼탁뇨. 대하. 극심한 두통. 현훈. 眼充血. 눈꼽. 耳鳴. 耳聾. 협늑작통. 면홍.

목적. 구고. 인건. 번조. 이노. 실면. 다몽 등.

◆ 요도염. 방광염. 전립선염. 전립선비대증. 음낭수종. 음부가려움증. 음부습진. 방광신경증.

자궁내막염. 고환염. 서혜부 임파선염. 급성의 화농성 중이염. 고혈압. 동맥경화증.

자율신경실조증.

 

藥效群:

尿路疾患藥. 婦人藥.

肝膽火旺(肝火上炎)과 下焦濕熱을 치료하는 처방.

비교적 체력이 있는 사람의 배뇨통. 빈뇨. 대하 등을 목표로서 급성 또는 만성 비뇨기 및

생식기질환에 사용된다. 이때 혼탁뇨. 혈뇨. 膿尿 등을 띄며 때때로 음부가려움증을 동반하기도

한다. 肝膽實火로 입이 쓰고 옆구리가 결리거나 눈이 충혈될 때. 귀 부위가 붓고 머리가 아프거나 음경이 부을 때 사용한다.

苦寒한 약재가 다량 함유되어 있으므로 위장장애를 일으키기 쉬우므로 장기간 복용은

주의하여야 한다.
