효능 : 습열이나 음의 손상으로 인한 소변불리,갈증,가슴이 답답하고 잠이 안올때,

소변삽통,뇨혈,소복창만

구성 : 저령 복령 활석 택사 아교

복용 : 1일 3회, 1회 복용량 ---- 치료시 6~9g, 평상시 3g

Actions: Dispels water stasis, promotes urination, clears heat, and nourishes the yin.

 

Indications;

Urinary difficulty accompanied by fever and thirst with a desire to drink, diarrhea, cough, nausea, irritability, or insomnia, painful distended and full lower abdomen.

This formula may be used in treating such biomedically-defined disorders as;

hemorrhagic shock, upper or ower urinary tractinfection, hematuria and edema due to pyelitis and/or nephritis, cystitis, urethritis, hematuria, uterine bleeding.

 

效能: 淸熱利水. 滋陰. 止血.

 

適應症: 陽明水熱 호결증과 少陰陰虛水熱 호결증에 대한 처방 (水熱互結+傷陰).

尿量감소. 소변불리. 口渴을 호소하는 다음 제증: 가슴이 답답하고 잠이 안 올때. 소복창만. 각종 배뇨장애. 발열. 불안초조. 불면. 소복만통. 허리 이하의 부종. 습열이나 음의 손상으로 인한 갈증. 소변불리. 잔뇨감. 배뇨통. 淋病. 혈뇨. 설사. 요도염. 임질. 신장염. 腎石症 등.

 

藥效群: 尿路疾患藥.

 

參考: 豬苓湯合四物湯으로 皮膚가 枯燥하며 윤택이 없고 위장장애가 없으며 약간 만성화된

비뇨기 질환에 사용한다.   ※저령에 抗腫瘍活性(암세포의 성장률을 억제하는 힘)이

있어 制癌효과가 있다고 日本학계의 발표가 있음. )
