효능 : 얼굴에 혈색이 없고 피부고갈,산후.유산후 회복,월경이 늦춰지거나 월경량이 적을때,

눈이마르고 시력이 감퇴 될때,가끔씩 눈앞이 깜깜하거나 아물거릴 때, 조기백발

구성 : 당귀 작약 천궁 숙지황

복용 : 1일 3회, 1회 복용량 ---- 치료시 6~9g, 평상시 3g

Actions:

Tonifies and activates the blood and regulates the Liver.

 

Indications:

Weakness due to blood loss or  sporadic fever and chills due to blood deficiency, lusterless complexion and nails, dry skins, dizziness, blurred vision, generalized muscle tension, irregular menstruation with little flow or amenorrhea, recurrent pain at umbilicus and abdomen, uterine bleeding, intestinal or anal bleeding, postpartum bleeding, primary dysmenorrhea, menorrhagia, hard abdominal mass with recurrent pain, anemia of various etiologies, threatened miscarriage, restless fetus disorders, lochioschesis with a firm and painful abdomen, fleckles, cold hans and feet, menopausal disturbance, an early stage white-hair, urticaria, neurogenic headache, post partum weakness, and insufficient lactation.

 

Cautions and Contraindications:

As this formula is appropriate for chronic conditions which are not too severe, it should not be used in treating acute, severe blood loss or other problems of blood deficiency that include severe weakness and labored breathing.

Meantime, it should be modified to include extra herbs which strengthen the middle burner in case with patients who have a constitutional deficiency of Spleen yang with a poor appetite and loose stools.

效能:

補血活血. 調經.

 

適應症:

피부가 건조하고 윤기가 없으며 위장장애가 없는 사람의 다음 제증:

산후 피로. 월경불순. 오로정체. 冷性. 手足冷. 기미. 월경으로 인한 정신신경증상.

갱년기장애. 눈이 마르고 시력이 저하될 때. 早期白髮.

 

藥效群: 强壯藥. 冷症藥. 婦人藥.

 

參考:

血虛生風의 기본 방제.

월경량이 적고 월경통, 월경주기가 일정하지 않으며 연장 경향이 있다.

비교적 體力이 저하된 사람이 안색이 좋지 않고 피부가 영양저하와 함께 건조 경향이

있고, 복부는 연약하고 臍傍에 복부대동맥의 박동항진이 관찰 된다.

 

합방요법:

◆ 만성염증: 사물탕 + 황련해독탕

◆ 가려움증: 사물탕 + 당귀음자

 

鑑別:

◆ 加味逍遙散 ◆ 芎歸膠艾湯 ◆ 當歸芍藥散

體力보통 以下. 발작성 안면홍조. 胸脇苦滿. 臍傍압통. 體力보통 以下. 빈혈. 출혈경향. 手足冷. 피부의 거침. 體力低下. 어혈증후군. 빈혈경향. 手足冷. 복통.

 

注意事項:

◆ 다른 한방처방과 병용할 경우에는 함유 한약의 중복에 주의하여야 한다.

◆ 식욕부진. 오심. 구토가 있는 자: 이들 증상이 악화될 우려가 있다.

◆ 위장이 심하게 허약한 자: 식욕부진. 위부불쾌감. 오심. 구토. 설사등이 일어날 수 있다.

◆ 소화기: 식욕부진. 위부불쾌감. 오심. 구토. 설사등

◆ 임부 또는 임신 가능성이 있는 자에게는 신중히 투여할것
