구성 : 당귀 숙지황 천궁 백출 복령 도인 작약 우슬 위령선 방기 강활 방풍 용담초 생강 진피 백지 감초

복용 : 1일 3회, 1회 복용량 ---- 치료시 6~9g, 평상시 3g

Actions:

Unblocks and relaxes the channels, invigorates the blood, and dispels wind and

dampness.

 

Indications:

Blood and water stasis, wind-dampness in the channels and collaterals; severe pain

in the muscles, joint, and nerves, radiating pain in the leg, lumbago, numbness in

the lower extremities, especially soreness and pain below waist.

This formula may be used in treating such biomedically-defined disorders as;

hypertension, hemiplegia, sciatica, postpartum pain by thrombus, mucoid arthritis of

the knee, purpura, gout.

祛風濕. 補血. 活血祛瘀.

 

適應症:

관절통. 신경통. 요통. 근육통. 변형성 슬관절증. 만성 관절류마티즘. 중풍후유증. 통풍. 혈전성 정맥염. 脚氣유사증후군. 사지가 저리고 감각이 무딜 때. 이동성동통. 견관절주위염. 좌골신경통. 다발성관절염. 뇌혈관장애 후유증. 반신불수 등.

 

藥效群: 鎭痛藥.

 

參考:

血虛의 風濕脾에 대한 처방. 體力 보통인 사람으로 특히 腰部에서 下肢에 걸쳐 근육 관절등에 심한 동통이 있는 경우. 이 경우 날씨가 차면 더욱 심한 경우가 있다. 일반적으로 부종이 있으며 하복부의 저항. 압통이 관찰되며 대부분 피부가 거칠고 검다.

전형적인 것은 右下肢보다 左下肢의 통증이 심하며 낮보다 밤에 더욱 심하다.

飮酒家의 뇌혈관장해에 따르는 운동마비. 동통에 가장 많이 쓰인다. 어혈을 목표로 한다.

體力보통 以上. 관절통. 관절의 발적종창. 口渴은 없다. 體力보통 以上. 안면홍조. 신체열감. 부종. 口渴. 體力보통. 상열하한. 요통. 하지통 體力보통. 어혈증후군. 上氣. 변비 경향은 없다. 體力低下. 관절통. 冷性. 근육의 연축. 뇨량감소.

 

◆ Gout(痛風):

혈액에 尿酸이 과다하게 존재하거나, 단일말단의 관절에서 급성관절염의 반복발작성 발병에 이어서 완전한 寬解期가 존재하는등의 특징이 있는 遺傳性 관절염.  주로 男性에서 나타남.

발작은 관절 속과 주위에 요산나트륨결정이 沈着 됨으로써 일어난다.
